Granola Bar Mix
Healthy Snack Alert!
This is an all time favourite in our household and can be customized to make it your own by adding your favourite nuts and seed butter!
Directions:
Additional Ingredients: 1/2 cup Brown Rice Syrup, 1/4 cup nut or seed butter, 2 tsp coconut oil, 1 tap vanilla.
Add all liquid ingredients listed above into a pot and simmer on low until combined and bubbling lightly, let cool slightly. Pour jar contents into large bowl and mix. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Grease a 9x9 pan or muffin tins and scoop mixture in pressing with medium pressure. Let cool on counter or in fridge then cut and serve. Keeps for 2 weeks if they last that long!
