Bare Refillery is excited to welcome the extremely talented Agathe Mathieu, owner, founder and chef extraordinaire of Living Cuisine Academy to our pop-up space.
Agathe will be showing quick and delicious recipes that can be easily executed with equipment from your kitchen; blender and food processor. You’ll be amazed at how simple it is to prepare Living Cuisine.
She will also share all about the powerful health benefits of vegan food including tackling arthritis, weight issues, rashes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatigue, brain fog, hyperactivity and more. She will be touching on the concepts of ‘Our Microbiome, Our Inner Healer,’ ‘Our Food, Our Choices,’ and ‘Our Lifestyle, Our Legacy.’

Agathe has been on the living food scene for the last 20 years, 8 of which were dedicated to her own Café Tao. She's thrilled to share her practical approach to this healthy lifestyle with all the Bare Refillery friends! She also offers Living Cuisine Online Classes and shares a wealth of information on her Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
