Diana Munday aka as “Mrs Localvore” is a life long wildcrafter who was born and raised on Vancouver Island. As a Community Herbalist, Educator and Langley Field Naturalist, plants & forests are her life for which she endeavors to humbly caretake of for those whose unseeded territory she is grateful to live upon.
Diana will be sharing her knowledge around the many benefits of being out in nature and how the forests can improve your wellness and inspire creativity. During the event we will be taking a short walk through the forest behind Bare Refillery in Delbrook Plaza, guided through a 5 senses mediation forest bath, a plant identification journey through Mosquito Creek Park and back to the shop to create your own Forest spray using essential oils and local botanicals. We will close the event with a meditation and discussion period.
