We’ve been wanting to host a candle making workshop since we signed the lease on our winter pop-up, so I am beyond excited to announce that it is finally here!

Join us this Thursday, Jan 13th, from 7-8:30pm for a night of wood wick candle making, hosted by my sister Serene (all the way from Salt Spring Island!) at Bare Refillery in Delbrook Plaza. Serene will be guiding us through the process of making a wood wick crackling soy and beeswax blend (or just soy if you would prefer) candle, scented with pure essential oils and accented with dried flowers and a crystal. All supplies, instructions & tips are included, all you need to bring is a heat-proof vessel to pour your candle into (mason jars are perfect for this, the 1/2 pint size is ideal) that is 250ml or less in volume. If you bring a larger vessel we just wont be able to fill it the whole way with the wax.

For this workshop we will be offering the option to make one candle (1 workshop seat + materials for 1 candle) for $35 or two candles for $50 (1 workshop seat + materials for 2 candles), so please select your preferred amount from the dropdown below. Additionally, please indicate if you would prefer to make soy-only or a soy and beeswax blend candle. If you do not complete the form, your registration will not be saved.
