Bare Refillery in One Love

Finally, Bare has some roots!

It's been a long 3 years of pop-ups (don’t worry, they aren’t going away completely!) and to be honest, I’m tired and ready to “settle down” !! I’ve tested out different markets and neighbourhoods needing refill options and White Rock checks all the boxes! I have big goals for Bare Refillery and feel closer to reaching them every day. Don’t get me wrong, there is still lots of hard work ahead but I’m finally at a point where I can get some help and make all the things possible.

My vision for Bare Refillery at One Love is to create a space where we can learn together through workshops, classes, events and just gathering. So much of what I do is education driven and I finally feel like I can branch more into teaching others why + how to transition into safer, eco-friendly products in a sustainable way!

Two friends, two businesses
One vision, One Love.

Joining forces with another business just makes sense and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to expand into a bricks and mortar location. Feel free to reach out to me to chat more about this but I want to introduce my new business partner at One Love ~ Naa Sheka (pronounced Nash-eka) or just Nash!

This lady is a force! I chose to be her friend first before entertaining the idea of working together but I knew right away she was someone I could learn from and grow with. Nash has been an entrepreneur all her life, raised in South Surrey and visiting her fathers home town in Ghana from an early age she knows her roots and she knows herself. She started her fashion line in her early 20s when she finally moved to Ghana. Losing her Dad at 25 hit her hard but also made her more driven to bring more of Ghana to the Western World and more of the Western World to Ghana. She started working with the Surrey School district to collect donated library books to be shipped to Ghana and Naa Sheka has already helped build a full library and is working on a second. Fashion, Passion, and Consciousness is her motto which is completely aligned with my vision for Bare. She inspires me and I know we are going to do amazing things together!

Growing the Bare Family in One Love

White Rock is a trek for me and my North Vancouver clientele, which is why I’m making every effort to stay present here at markets and back to Delbrook in the Fall with plans to open a permanent location just as soon as we can! The support from family and friends coming out to visit us means so much and I thank you all! It’s not possible for many to come that far to say hello so your referrals and reviews mean just as much!

Come visit us at One Love
